about the project

All of Us Together... Moving to Inclusion provides intensive team-building training through a statewide project to increase the capacities of local child care and preschool communities. The goal is to appropriately and effectively serve children with disabilities and other special needs and their families in inclusive early care and education settings.

The project:

• provides team-building training and technical assistance;
• assesses specific community needs regarding inclusive practices; and
• develops or revises a plan for inclusion and its sustainability.

The project includes two on-site facilitated community meetings, a two-day institute, additional training, and technical assistance regarding inclusive practices.
